New! Workouts! Now!

We think Men’s Health and Men’s Fitness are great, they can have some interesting / entertaining articles about exercise, food, your love life etc…. (well, sometimes).

But seriously, you need to stop paying Personal Trainers who use the magazine as their only education source!

You know, the ones who jump around workout to workout choosing new ‘routines’ from magazines rather than having a systematic, measured program specific to you (that works!).
