Upcoming courses (that we are doing!)

The Integra team are doing some interesting courses over the next couple of months and I wanted to share them with you. Michael will be studying:

• Motor Learning: Moving from “Motor Patterns” to Motor Recruitment Realities with Paul Juris, PhD and RTS, in Oklahoma (link)
• Trunk & Spine Muscle Activation Techniques master class, in Denver (link)
• Force & the Nervous System 2: Mindful Motion, with Jacques Taylor and Kevin Dunn, in Los Angeles (link)
• Tom Myers / Anatomy Trains Workshop in London (link)

Travis will be continuing on his RTS Mastery path (link) , with the Lower & Upper Extremity modules coming up in Oklahoma and is well on his way to joining Michael as being one of the few trainers / therapists around the world to have gone through the program and passed!

Travis will also be joining Michael in Los Angeles on the Force & the Nervous System course.

Rui meanwhile will be starting his MAT Certified Specialist course in Barcelona (link), taking his current knowledge of MAT & RTS principles to a different level. He will also be attending the Anatomy Trains workshop in London.

We have a strong belief in continual education, but this isn’t about just racking up the number of certifications we have - each of these courses that we do enable us to have a deeper understanding about what we are doing and how we can help you in every session. It really is not just about pushing you harder and harder, it is about being smarter.
