MAT Jumpstart course - starts next month

The Muscle Activation Techniques guys in Denver are holding another MAT Jumpstart program here in the UK, next month - you may need to be quick to enrol!

This series is the foundation to Muscle Activation Techniques and an introduction to the neurophysiology, biomechanics, and practical application of MAT.

The MAT Jumpstart course is taught by Charlie McMillin, who is a MAT Master Specialist, Mastery-Level RTS and holds his MSc in Human Performance.

The MAT Jumpstart program is held over 2 x 3-day weekends, at Birmingham University.

Course Objectives
  • Teach health and fitness professionals how to objectively evaluate and identify biomechanical imbalances within the human body
  • Demonstrate how to identify and eliminate positional weakness that may lead to injury or further compensation
  • Raise the level of understanding of how biomechanical imbalances lead to repetitive stress and chronic overuse injuries
  • Help health and fitness professionals prove that what they are doing is actually working
  • Examine how muscle tightness is secondary to muscle weakness

This is a great opportunity to both learn the concepts and application of MAT and get the opportunity to learn from Charlie McMillin - two things that have helped push me as a professional and get great results with clients.

Dates:
Weekend One: 16-18 July 2010
Weekend Two: 6-8 August 2010
Fee: $1200 US Dollars
