Resistance Training Specialist - UK Course

Following this month’s Muscle Activation Techniques - Jumpstart course, Resistance Training Specialists (RTS) have confirmed their RTS123 course is coming to the UK later this year.

All of the trainers / specialists at Integra are both MAT and RTS qualified. Following a full MAT assessment to identify and treat muscular imbalances, we take our clients through exercise progressions using RTS principles.

RTS123 is dedicated to the objective exploration of industry standards and trends such as ‘functional training’, ‘stretching’ and ‘full range of motion’ as well as examining and applying the ignored science of Exercise Mechanics - the real key to understanding the number one modality used in every form and type of exercise from Pilates to powerlifting, cardio to strength: resistance.

The program is split into three modules:

  • Part 1: Strategies, Precisions and the Functional Continuum
  • Part 2: Strategic Resistance
  • Part 3: The Exercise Experience

I highly recommend you book early for this course and again, this is a great opportunity to both learn the concepts and application of RTS and get the opportunity to learn from Charlie McMillin.

The RTS123 program is held over 2 x 3-day weekends, at Birmingham University.

Dates:
Weekend One: 29-31 October 2010
Weekend Two: 26-28 November 2010
Fee: $1350 US Dollars
